Amend Article 16 (certificates and statements as to rates, etc.) as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a) for “or the rateable value” substitute “ , the capital value or the rateable values ”.

In paragraph (3)(b), omit the words “or 1st October 1973, whichever is the later”.
