Section 17B (enforcement of section 16B and 16C) is amended as follows.

In subsections (1), (3) and (4)(a), and in the section's heading, for “16B” substitute “ 16B(1) ”.

In subsection (4)(c) for “that section” substitute “ section 16B(1) or (as the case may be) section 16C ”.
