in the entry relating to offences under Article 3(1) of the Order of 1981, for the entry in column (2) substitute “ Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. ”;

in the entry relating to offences under Article 3(2) of the Order of 1981, in the entry in column (2) for the word “without” substitute the words “ otherwise than in accordance with ”;

c

after the entry relating to offences under Article 9(10) of the Order of 1981 insert–
