The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 21(3), 30(3), 32(5), 82(5), 114(1) and 126 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 19751) and section 2 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to, the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 19752, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations :
