ORDER 102THE COMPANIES ACTS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1960 AND 1978

Definitions

1.  In this Order—

“the Act” means the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960(1);

“the Order of 1978” means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(2).

“the Court”, without prejudice to Order 1, rule 4(2), includes the Master (Bankruptcy).
