Section 97(5) of the Explosives Act 1875 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 194715 are hereby repealed.

The Order of the Minister of Home Affairs dated 10th August 192516 (except byelaw 3) is hereby revoked to the extent it relates to conveyance by road.

The Conveyance by Road of Military Explosives Regulations 197717 are hereby revoked.
