COUNTY COURTS
This Order revokes and replaces the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1994 (as amended) so as to:—increase the majority of fees to be taken in proceedings in county courts;introduce a new fee, of £20, to be payable on a Certificate of Readiness and remove the fees payable on the entry of a notice of intention to defend, on the late entry of a civil bill or defence or on the entry of a remitted action; andincrease the fees payable to process servers.

All fees received by virtue of Schedule 1 shall, unless otherwise appropriated in aid, be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
