Amendment of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations

22.—(1) In the provisions of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) listed in paragraph (2), after the words “income support” in each place where they occur there shall be inserted “or income-based jobseeker’s allowance”.

(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are—

(a)regulation 7 (receipt and retention of interest paid);

(b)regulation 8(2) (retention of recovered arrears of child support maintenance by the Department);

(c)regulation 10A(3) (reimbursement of a repayment of overpaid child maintenance).
