Regulation 12(2)(g)(iv) and 13(2)(b)
For unskinned large wild game from a wild game processing facility, cold-store or re-wrapping centre which is situated in a restricted region or area or intended for consignment to an EEA State after transit through a third country, the Health Certificate set out in Schedule 11 to the Wild Game Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 should be used.
