9. In Schedule 1A to the principal Regulations (assets not to be disregarded as payments under regulation 19(1)(d))—
(a)in paragraph 5(a)(1) for “9ZA, 9ZB or 9A” there shall be substituted “9ZA or 9ZB”;
(b)paragraphs 9A and 9C(2) shall be omitted;
(c)paragraph 15(3) shall be omitted;
(d)in paragraph 16(4) “or 9C” shall be omitted.
