Trunk Roads (Designation of Routes) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998

WHEREAS the Department of the Environment considers it expedient for the purpose of extending, improving and reorganising the trunk system that the roads described in the Schedule should be designated trunk roads;

AND WHEREAS notice has been published and served in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 19931;

AND WHEREAS no objection has been received;
