These Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994 (S.R. 1994 No. 202) by increasing fees payable in respect of–registration as a pharmaceutical chemist (regulation 2);retention fees payable in respect of members of the Society (regulation 4);penalty for default in payment of the retention fee (regulation 5).
