The Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) and Jobseeker’s Allowance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 21(2) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19951 and Articles 10(1), 11(3) and (6) and 74(1) and (3) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19982 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
