Change of District Name (Dungannon) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999

The Department of the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(1) of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 19721 and now vested in it2 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, having received an application from the Dungannon District Council to change the name of the district of the council from Dungannon to Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough hereby makes the following Order:—
