• Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act 1854, except section 15.

• Public Records (Ireland) Act 1867, Amendment Act 1875.

• Parochial Records Act 1876.

• Public Records Act (Northern Ireland) 1923.

• Administrative Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1933, section 1.

• Any enactment passed or made before the transfer date which—

  (a)

  amends or extends any of the above-mentioned enactments; or

  (b)

  confers functions on the Department of the Environment for the purposes of any of the above-mentioned enactments.
