Part IIIEnactments relating to functions transferred from the Department of the Environment to the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety

• Fire Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1984, except Article 6.

• Any enactment passed or made before the transfer date which—

  (a)

  amends or extends the above-mentioned enactment; or

  (b)

  confers functions on the Department of the Environment for the purposes of the above-mentioned enactment.
