Ombudsman (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
Any enactment passed or made before the transfer date which—
(a)amends or extends any of the above-mentioned enactments; or
(b)confers functions on the Department of Finance and Personnel for the purposes of any of the above-mentioned enactments.
