The Foyle Fisheries Commission in exercise of its powers under section 13(1) and (2) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 19521, and section 13(1) and (2) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19522, with the approval of the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources in the Republic of Ireland3 and the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland4, hereby makes the following Regulations:
