We, the Crown Court Rules Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred on us by section 52(1) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978(1), of paragraph 38 of Schedule 10 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998(2) and of all other powers enabling us in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor, hereby make the following Rules:
