Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000

The Department of the Environment, being a Department designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the construction and equipment of vehicles and of components of vehicles, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Articles 55(1), (2), (4), and (6) and Article 110(2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 19953 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
