Equidae for breeding and production

(a)All pre-export tests of registered equidae and equidae for breeding and production imported from Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, ex-Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia and the Ukraine must be carried out as follows: for vesicular stomatitis at the Institute of Animal Health, Pirbright; the mandatory test for infectious anaemia at either the Central Veterinary Laboratory, Weybridge or at the Veterinary Sciences Laboratory, Stoney Road, Belfast, the mandatory tests for dourine and glanders at the Central Veterinary Laboratory, Weybridge and, if necessary, the test for equine viral arteritis at either the Central Veterinary Laboratory, Weybridge or at the Veterinary Sciences Laboratory, Stoney Road, Belfast.

(b)The test results must be attached to the health certificate accompanying the imported equidae.

Poultry and hatching eggs
