The Housing Benefit (Decisions and Appeals and Discretionary Financial Assistance) (Consequential Amendments and Revocations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 5(1)(hh), 165(5) and 167 of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, Article 74(3) and (5) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19982 and sections 59 and 60 of, and paragraph 20(1)(b) and (3) of Schedule 7 to, the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20003, and now vested in it4, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel5, by this statutory rule, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000, hereby makes the following Regulations:
