This Order provides for the coming into operation of provisions of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000 as follows—1st February 2001 for provisions relating to state second pension for the purpose only of authorising the making of orders, and for all other purposes from 6th April 2002;1st February 2001 for provisions relating to revaluation of the low earnings threshold; and9th April 2001 for provisions relating to the calculation of Category B retirement pension.
