1. This Order may be cited as the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.
2. For the Schedule to the Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.
