Coming into operation
The Department for Employment and Learning1, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 14(3)(a) and (5) of the Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 19972, and now vested in it3, and every other power enabling it in that behalf, having consulted with the governing bodies of institutions of further education to which this Order applies and such other bodies with which consultation appears to it to be appropriate, hereby makes the following Order:
