3.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 1, 2 and 26(3) and (4) of the 2002 Order is 22nd July 2003.
(2) Subject to Articles 3 to 6 of the Company Directors Disqualification (2002 Order) (Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland 2003(1), the day appointed for the coming into operation of the 2002 Order, other than Articles 1, 2 and 26(3) and (4) thereof, is 5th September 2003.
