The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 3(3), 7(2) and 11(1) of the Marketing of Potatoes Act (Northern Ireland) 19642 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
