1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2003.
(2) In these Rules, a reference to a Rule, a Schedule or a Form by number means the Rule, Schedule or Form so numbered in the Magistrates' Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984(1).
