The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment1, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 56(1) of the Finance Act 19732 and now vested in it3 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel4, hereby makes the following Regulations: –
