Coming into operation

The Department of the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 20021, after consultation with such district councils and such other interested bodies or persons as the Department considers appropriate in accordance with Article 4(7) of that Order, hereby makes the following Regulations:
