The Department for Employment and Learning1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 26(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 19782, section 62(2) of and paragraph 42(1) of Schedule 8 to the Disability Discrimination Act 19953, Articles 3(1), 6(6)4 and (6A)5, 9(1), (2), (3) and (5), 11(1), (2) and (4), 12(2), (5), (6) and (7), 12A(1)6, 13(1), 14(2), 15(1) and (2), 21 and 25(5) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 19967, and now vested in it8, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
