Conciliation

46.  In Article 20 of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (conciliation), in paragraph (1) (which specifies the proceedings and claims to which the Article applies)(1) after sub-paragraph (l), insert –

“or

(m)under regulation 41 or 45 of the European Public Limited-Liability Company Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004.”.
