The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(5) of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964(1) and section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962(2) and now vested in it(3) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2005.
2. The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(4) is hereby revoked.
3.—(1) The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £113,121 to £116,515 from 1st April 2005.
(2) The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £108,850 to £112,116 from 1st April 2005.

This Order provides for changes in the annual salaries payable to members of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland following recommendations made in the Report of the Review Body on Senior Salaries in 2005 (HMSO CM 6451).
It increases, with effect from 1st April 2005, under section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962, the annual salary of the President of the Lands Tribunal and all other members of the Tribunal.
Article 2 revokes the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.
