2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 159 (supplementary provisions about pension protection levies) –
(a)for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 31st May 2005, and
(b)for all other purposes, is 20th June 2005.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 2(6) (general interpretation) is 1st June 2005.
(3) The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 158 (pension protection levies) in so far as it relates to a consultation by the Board under Article 159, is 20th June 2005.
