1. These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Close Seasons for Angling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 18th August 2005.
2. For the Schedule to the Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Close Seasons for Angling) Regulations 2001(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3. The Foyle Area and Carlingford Area (Close Seasons for Angling) (Amendment) Regulations 2004(2) are hereby revoked.
