Amendment of the Housing Benefit (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations

8.—(1) The Housing Benefit (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

(2) In regulation 4(9) (revision of decisions) for “was made” there shall be substituted “had effect”.

(3) In regulation 5(3)(b) (late application for revision) at the beginning there shall be inserted “subject to regulation 4(4),”.

(4) In regulation 23(1)(2) (procedure in connection with appeals) for “amended by the Social Security, Child Support and Tax Credits (Decisions and Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004” there shall be substituted “amended by the Social Security, Child Support and Tax Credits (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005”.
