The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 1(1) and 2(1) of the Agriculture (Temporary Assistance) Act (Northern Ireland) 19542 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, having consulted with such bodies of persons appearing to it to represent any interests concerned and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Scheme:
