11.  In rule 1 (Citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2)—

(a)for “(aaa)” substitute “(ab)”; and

(b)after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(ac)“the Act of 2004” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
