Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.
Amendment of the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19832
For Schedule 8 to the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19833 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Revocation3
The Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20014 are revoked.
