NORTHERN IRELAND DEPARTMENTS
This Order transfers to the Department for Social Development—the functions of the Department for Employment and Learning under the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers' Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1979; andthe functions of the Department of the Environment under Article 31(5) of the Land Acquisition and Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 1973.
(This note is not part of the Order)
