The Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200513 are amended as follows.

In regulation 16 (agricultural waste) for “1st September 2006”, substitute “31st July 2007”.

In regulation 17 (mines and quarries waste) for “1st September 2006”, substitute “31st July 2007”.
