Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations5
In paragraph 8(a) of Schedule 2 to the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199629 (child care charges to be deducted in the calculation of earnings) for head (ii) substitute—
ii
a higher pensioner premium by virtue of the satisfaction of paragraph 11(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, on account of the other member’s incapacity or regulation 25(1)(c) of those Regulations (treatment of child care charges) applies in that person’s case;
