Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations

5.  In paragraph 8(a) of Schedule 2 to the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (child care charges to be deducted in the calculation of earnings) for head (ii) substitute—

“(ii)a higher pensioner premium by virtue of the satisfaction of paragraph 11(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006, on account of the other member’s incapacity or regulation 25(1)(c) of those Regulations (treatment of child care charges) applies in that person’s case;”
