Coming into operation
The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 5(3), (4) and (5), 19C(1) and 218(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 19811.
In accordance with Article 19C(3) of that Order the Department of Finance and Personnel2 has approved regulations 2 and 4.
