Scheme administrator for purposes of Part 4 of Finance Act 2004N.I.

88. For the purposes of Part 4 (pension schemes, etc) of the Finance Act 2004, the Head of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety shall be the scheme administrator of this Scheme(1).
