Provisions coming into operation on 14th March 20083
14th March 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order—
a
Article 6(2) to (3) (barred lists) in so far as they relate to the provisions set out in paragraph (f);
b
Article 6(4) (barred lists) in so far as it relates to the provisions set out in paragraph (f);
c
Article 6(5) (barred lists) for the purposes of making regulations;
d
Article 59 (transitional provisions) and paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 6 for the purposes of making orders;
e
paragraphs 1(1), 2(1), 7(1) and 8(1) of Schedule 1 (barred lists) for the purposes of making regulations;
f
paragraphs 15(1) and (2), 18(3)(b) and (6), and 24(1), (2) and (9) of Schedule 1 (barred lists).
