This Order may be cited as the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008.

In this Order—
“the 2007 Order” means the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (Northern Ireland) Order 2007;
“the 1966 Act” means the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19662.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2007 Order specified in column 1 of the Schedule for the purposes set out in column 3 is 1st June 2008.
