The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 19942 with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel in relation to the making of grants for the encouragement of rural development.
