The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009 (1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009.
2. Article 3 of the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009 shall come into operation on 19th April 2009.
