This regulation shall have effect in relation to any claim for less favoured area compensatory allowances for the year 2008 made by a person who is eligible under regulation 4 of the 2008 Regulations in respect of any eligible forage area but where the allowance has not yet been paid by the Department.

For Schedule 2 to the 2008 Regulations there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Part II of the Schedule to these Regulations.
